Virginia Relyea Age 74, former New York resident Virginia P. Crossman Relyea, 74, died Feb. 5, 2016, at Cox Memorial Hospital with her husband George C. Relyea by her side of a long time illness. Virginia Relyea was born October 7, 1941, in Poughquag, N.Y., to Roy H. Crossman and Irene Elsie Haake.
Virginia was the most loving, caring, and understand wife, mother and person. Her family always came first and she loved with her whole heart. She worked many years as a Day Care Specialist and Dental Assistant.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, George; daughter, Denise Relyea, partner William Benedetto, son, Eric Relyea, his wife Dawn, grandchildren Cole Relyea, Todd Hover, Nicole and Sierra Relyea, Chad Prunier his wife Beth, Ashley Marie Ras and her husband and three Great Grandchildren, Dylan, Colby and Eli. As well as four sisters, Irene, Louis, Johanna, June and many nieces’ and nephews’. At the family’s request, no service will be held.
