JOSEPH C. JANICKE is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for the above charges. On July 23, 2014, Janicke was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police after striking a vehicle and fleeing. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Janicke was intoxicated and physically resisted arrest.

NIGEL N. ELMORE is wanted by the State Police and the Dutchess County Court for charges stemming from his May of 2015, arrest. Elmore was arrested for possessing heroin & cocaine during a traffic stop conducted by Troopers in the City of Poughkeepsie. In February of 2016, the Dutchess County Court issued a warrant ordering Elmore’s arrest when he failed to appear for court proceedings. Elmore may be in the Newburgh area.
