Speeding Massachusetts woman arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

New Lebanon, New York – On February 7, 2016, New York State Police from New Lebanon charged Kiara M. Mendonsa, 21 years old, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped Mendonsa on State Route 20 for speeding. The defendant was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Mendonsa provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .08%. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of New Lebanon Court on February 25, 2016.
