Fishkill man charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated

Wappinger, New York – On February 5, 2016, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Patrick A. Pierre-Saint, 37 years old, of Fishkill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, both Class E Felonies.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Pierre-Saint was operating on All Angels Hill Road for driving without illuminated headlights after sunset.  A subsequent investigation revealed that Pierre-Saint was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Pierre-Saint was charged with Felony DWI after a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction from February of 2015.  He was arraigned before the Town of Wappinger Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.  The defendant is due to appear in the Town of Wappinger Court on February 10, 2016.
