SP Highland – Criminal Mischief Arrest

The New York State Police at Highland report the arrest of Thomas J. Mungiovi, 42, subsequent to a criminal mischief investigation in the Town of Plattekill where he shot the windows and siding of an apartment building with a pellet gun.
Mungiovi was arrested on Thursday February 4th for Criminal Mischief 2nd, a felony, and the misdemeanor of resisting arrest. State Police investigators arrived at Mungiovi’s residence of 325 Linden Avenue in the Town of New Windsor to arrest Mungiovi for causing over $2000 in damages to the apartment building.
Mungiovi was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Murphy at the Town of Plattekill Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 property bond.
