Dover  students named to the dean’s list at Quinnipiac University for the Fall 2015 semester

The following area students were named to the dean’s list at Quinnipiac University for the Fall 2015:

Anthony Vinci,  Rebecca Castagna , Jean Paul Chiappini

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower can C. Full-time students must complete at least 14 credits in a semester, with at least 12 credits that have been graded on a letter grade basis to be eligible. Part-time students must complete at least six credits during a semester.

In addition, Jean Paul Chiappini will be inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honor society for undergraduate and graduate programs accredited by the AACSB International, this society offers the highest academic honor that a business student can attain. Eligible students must be ranked in the top 7 percent of their junior class, the top 10 percent of their senior class or the top 20 percent of their master’s class. Students must also maintain a GPA above 3.75. New members are invited each spring semester.

Quinnipiac is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian institution located 90 minutes north of New York City and two hours from Boston. The university enrolls 6,500 full-time undergraduate and 2,500 graduate students in 58 undergraduate and more than 20 graduate programs of study in its School of Business and Engineering, School of Communications, School of Education, School of Health Sciences, School of Law, Frank H.
