State Police in Brewster charge Patterson woman with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Southeast, New York – On January 9, 2016, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested 24-year-old Alexandra J. O’Donnell, of Patterson, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped O’Donnell for failing to maintain her designated lane of travel and other moving violations.  An investigation revealed that O’Donnell was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

O’Donnell provided police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .33%, more than four times the legal limit of intoxication.  She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Southeast Court on January 19, 2016.
