New York Man Arrested by the Hawthorne State Police for Bribery

PRESS RELEASE
On January 7, 2016, The New York State Police from the Hawthorne Barracks in conjunction with the New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicles Investigations Unit arrested Homero Rodriguez, age 64, of New York, NY for Bribery 3rd Degree.  Rodriguez did bribe a Motor Vehicle Representative $500.00 in return for receiving a passing grade on a CDL Exam at the DMV Office located in Yonkers NY.

Rodriguez was arrested for Bribery 3rd Degree (D-Felony) and arraigned in the Village of Tuckahoe Court.  He was remanded to the Westchester County Jail on no bail.  He was scheduled to return to the City of Yonkers Court on January 8, 2016 at 9:30 am to answer to this charge.
