Yorktown, New York – New York State Police at Cortlandt arrested 65-year-old Carl A. Rosa, of Yorktown, New York, as a Fugitive from Justice.
Rosa was located on January 2, 2016 in the Town of Yorktown after the Volusia County Sheriff’s Department requested State Police assistance. Rosa was wanted by the Volusia County Sheriff’s for Conspiracy Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Trafficking in Methamphetamine, both Florida State statutes.
Rosa was located at a Yorktown business where he was employed following the joint investigation.
