Marlborough Man Possessed Marijuana and Cash

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Dakota M. Wolff, age 21, of Marlborough, NY for Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 2nd Degree, a class D felony.

Mr. Dakota was found to be in possession of approximately four pounds of marijuana and over $3,000 in cash subsequent to a traffic stop on Interstate 84 in the Town of Newburgh.

Mr. Dakota was arraigned in the Town of Newburgh Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
