Fishkill man arrested for Felony DWI

East Fishkill, New York – On December 13, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Angel L. Rodriguez Jr., 38 years old, of Fishkill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped Rodriguez on State Route 82 for failing to maintain his designated lane of travel. While officers interviewed Rodriguez, the observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
He was charged with Felony DWI when an investigation revealed that he was convicted of a DWI related offense in 2012.
Rodriguez supplied a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content
of .10% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on December 16, 2015.
