Fishkill, New York – On December 2, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks charged 41-year-old Kenyatta S. Davis of Poughkeepsie with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony.

Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Route 9 and interviewed the driver, who identified himself as Davis. A subsequent investigation revealed that Davis was operated a 1999 Infiniti with revoked driving privileges in addition to having more than 50 suspensions on his driver’s license.  Davis was placed in custody for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree and transported to SP Wappinger for processing.

Davis was arraigned before the Village of Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail.  He is due to return to the Village of Fishkill Justice Court at a later date and time.
