JOHN J. NEMEC, III is wanted by the New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks and the Town of Beekman Court following a fraud complaint reported to police in May of 2014.
Nemec is accused of defrauding several Dutchess County residents out of over $79,000. Nemec is believed to be residing in the Yonkers area.

DANIEL G. SPINDLER is wanted by the New York State Police in Sidney for criminal impersonation. On January 1, 2014, SPINDLER was arrested after he gave a false name during a traffic stop in Sidney. On June 6, 2015, the Village of Sidney Court issued a bench warrant for the arrest SPINDLER. SPINDLER has a tattoo of a Tasmanian devil on his right shoulder.
