ARREST: Members of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Andrew C. Stinson, 18, of Stone Ridge.
Mr. Stinson was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree, both Class a misdemeanors.
On November 10th, 2015 Deputies responded to a business at 3853 Main Street in Stone Ridge for a report of a past larceny of items that occurred on November 9th, 2015. The defendant was located and found in possession of the stolen merchandise valued at $65.98.
Mr. Stinson was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Center. He was arraigned in the Town of Hurley Justice Court and remanded to the Uster County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
