Montgomery man arrested for Grand Larceny

The New York State Police at Ellenville announce the arrest of Gregory R. Carroll, 43 of Montgomery, New York for Grand Larceny 3^rd, a Felony.
On September 25^th, 2015 Members of SP Ellenville responded to the Town of Shawangunk for a complaint of a past Burglary, in which a large sum of cash and a diamond engagement ring was stolen.
Further investigation revealed that Gregory R. Carroll did steal the above items while performing work at the residence.
On November 5, 2015 Gregory R. Carroll was located and arrested for Grand Larceny 3^rd.  Carroll was processed at SP Ellenville and arraigned in the Town of Shawangunk Court, before Town Justice Kevin Hunt.  Carroll was released on his own recognizance and will return for a future court date.
