State Police in Wappinger arrest Pleasant Valley man for Menacing

PRESS RELEASE
On October 26, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Michael Lara, 36 years old, of Pleasant Valley, New York, for Menacing in the 2nd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to a private residence in the Town of Wappinger for a menacing complaint. An investigation indicated that Michael Lara had threatened the victim with a knife during an argument. Troopers located Lara at his residence, and he was transported to the Wappinger barracks where he was processed on the above charge.

Lara was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Wappinger Court on November 5, 2015, at 5:30 pm.
