Town of Millbrook man arrested for Sexual Abuse and Forcible Touching.

10/21/2015 – The New York State Police – Highland BCI announce the arrest of 24 year old, Mark Dedaj, of Millbrook, NY, for Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (a class D felony), Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (a class B misdemeanor) and Forcible Touching (a class A misdemeanor).

Investigation conducted by the New York State Police – SP Highland BCI, revealed that Mark Dedaj recently attended an underage drinking party in the Town of Gardiner and during which Dedaj forced sexual contact upon an 18 year old female.

Dedaj was arraigned in the Town of Gardiner Court and subsequently remanded to Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash / $10,000 bond.  Dedaj is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Gardiner Court on 10/28/15.
