Pleasant Valley, New York – On October 19, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 65-year-old Bryce A. Dinunno, of Pleasant Valley, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.

Dinunno was stopped on Pine Hill Road in the Town of Pleasant Valley after he made a u-turn on State Route 44 to avoid a road check.   Following an interview of the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Troopers observed clues that indicated Dinunno was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Dinunno was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed that he was convicted of a DWI related offense in June 2008.  The defendant was arraigned before the Town of Pleasant Valley Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2000 cash bail or $4000 bond.
