New Jersey Man arrested as Fugitive From Justice

The New York State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Jose A. Rodriguez, age 24, of Mahwah, New Jersey on an active warrant out of the state of Illinois.

Mr. Rodriguez was stopped on the New York State Thruway in Cornwall and found to have an arrest arrest warrant for theft out of Cooks County Sheriff’s Office.

Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned before the Town of Cornwall Court and held at the Orange County Jail as a fugitive from justice to await extradition.
