Peekskill woman arrested following trespass complaint

PRESS RELEASE
Cortlandt, New York – On September 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 29-year-old Diana L. Espinoza, of Peekskill, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.

Troopers were dispatched to a trespass complaint in the Town of Cortlandt.  Following an investigation conducted by the responding officer, Espinoza was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs in addition to marihuana and cocaine possession.

A Drug Recognition Expert was utilized to confirm that Espinoza was impaired.

Espinoza was issued traffic tickets and appearance tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on September 28, 2015.
