Pennsylvania man arrested for DWI, gives breath sample over four times the legal limit of intoxication

Philipstown, New York – On September 9, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Samuel G. Kennedy, 27 years old, of Berwyn, Pennsylvania, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched by Putnam County 911 to investigate a one-car collision on Old Albany Post Road in Philipstown. Following an investigation conducted by the responding officer, Kennedy was found to be intoxicated.
Kennedy provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content
of .36%, more than 4 times the legal limit of intoxication.
Kennedy posted $250 station bail and was released with appearance tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Philipstown Court on September 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
