State Police search for missing Berkshire Farm Center resident

New Lebanon, New York – New York State Police from the New Lebanon barracks are seeking the public’s assistance to help locate a missing Berkshire Farm resident. The juvenile was reported missing on September 6, 2015 at approximately 2:40 p.m.
Antonio Jacobs is a 17-year-old black male, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’10”, 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt with black sleeves, red shorts with a black stripe, and grey Nike sneakers.
At this time, we are unable to provide a photograph of Jacobs.
