Poughkeepsie man arrested for drug possession

Wappinger, New York – On August 23, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Gabriel J. Morales, 23 years old, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Morales was operating on All Angels Hill Road for an equipment violation.  Morales was found to unlawfully possess marihuana and Adderall at the time of the stop.

Morales was issued traffic tickets and appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Wappinger Court on September 17, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
