White Plains man charged with Driving While Intoxicated under Leandra’s Law

Mount Pleasant, New York – On August 22, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested 28-year-old Conrad C. Henry of White Plains, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, a Class E Felony.

Henry was stopped by police on the Taconic State Parkway for speeding.  While Troopers interviewed Henry, they observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

The defendant was charged with Aggravated DWI for having a passenger under the age of 16 in his vehicle at the time of the stop.

Henry was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on September 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
