Arthur W. Head (D.O.B. – 6/2/80 & 6/7/80) is wanted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department and an Arrest Warrant was issued May 13, 2015 in the Town Of Philipstown Court, to answer the charge Unauthorized Use of Vehicle 3rd (P.L. 165.05 01). Head’s last known location is Cold Spring.
