WILLIAM E. LESTER is wanted by the New York State Police in Dover Plains and the Town of Dover Justice court on the above felony charges following a pursuit that occurred on July 4, 2015. During the vehicle pursuit, Lester threw a lunch box from his vehicle that contained LSD. The Town of Dover Court issued a warrant ordering Lester’s arrest on July 9, 2015. Lester resides in the Rocky Hill area of Connecticut

KALIE M. LAYTON is wanted on a Bench Warrant from the Town of Poestenkill Court after she cut off her ankle bracelet and fled to the state of Florida. Layton was originally arrested and appeared in court in 2014, for Burglary 3rd degree when she entered a residence with others and stole copper piping. Layton is believed to be in the Sarasota, Florida area.

TORRANCE L. SMITH is wanted for forging payroll checks from a local hospital and cashing those checks in the amount of $14,740.39. An arrest warrant has been issued out of the City of Kingston for his arrest. Smith last known address was on Mansion Street, Poughkeepsie, NY.

Charles J. Hughes was arrested on June 29, 2010 for threatening to kill someone while he pointed a shotgun at them. Hughes also failed to show at court dates and the Town of Pittsfield Court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. Hughes has many tattoos including “Shawn” on his right arm and tribal tattoos on both his forearms and on his back.

CARLZELLE A. HOLT is wanted by the New York State Police and the Village of Tarrytown Court on an arrest warrant for Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree. On May 9, 2014, Holt was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for unsafe lane changes. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Holt had used another man’s identity.
