3D Printing at the Pawling Library
Teens at the Pawling Library learned how to create name keychains and print them using the library’s 3D printer. Keychains are an easy item for beginners to design because they have a flat base and no overhanging pieces. In the one hour session, the teens learned the basics of 3D printing and can use that knowledge print more 3D objects in the future. Two more 3D printing sessions will be held in the upcoming months, for families with children in grades K-4. The 3D printer is also available for public use, for a minimal printing fee. Prints must be scheduled with the library director.
