Hannaford has issued a recall of several Nature’s Place brand products due to a potential salmonella contamination.
The recall includes Nature’s Place Roasted Unsalted Mixed Nuts and Nature’s Place Cranberry Mix. The products come in 9-ounce and 9.5-ounce packages.
Salmonella can cause serious and fatal infections children, frail or elderly people, and other individuals with weakened immune systems.
According to the supermarket chain, no illnesses have been reported in regards to this recall.
Hannaford advises its customers to throw away any of the listed product and bring in the receipt for a full refund.
