Snow will come down heavy during the day Tuesday before diminishing Tuesday night. Lighter snowfall may linger late Tuesday night into Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very dangerous travel conditions due to snow covered roads and very poor visibilities. Gusty winds will result in some blowing and drifting snow . * Winds...North to northeast at 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to around 30 mph. * Visibilities...Less than one mile with one quarter mile or less for a period during the day Tuesday. * Temperatures...Mainly in the 20s Tuesday and Wednesday, falling into the teens Tuesday night.
