Obituary, Agnes Ann (Sule) Killmer

 

 

Agnes Ann (Sule) Killmer, 81, a long-time resident of Wassaic, NY, died on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mrs. Killmer was a laundry supervisor at the Wassaic Developmental Center in Wassaic, NY and later worked at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, NY retiring in 1993.

Born on June 13, 1935 in Fair Haven, CT, she was the daughter of the late Sandor and Ann (O’Brien) Sule. She is survived by four sons, Bruce Nichols and his wife, Robin, of Amenia, NY; William Nichols, and his partner, Judy Dean, of Wassaic, NY; Terry Nichols and his wife, Barbara, of Wassaic, NY and Scott Nichols and his wife, Elizabeth, of Copake Falls, NY. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Amanda Nichols, Bruce Nichols, Jr., Alyssa Mawson and Brittany Goddard, two great-grandchildren, Isaiah Upshur and Kadence Nichols, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by an infant brother, David Michael Cook, and a sister, Jean Bacon.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
