Robbery on Fuller Street
According to police, the incident happened in the 1600 block of Fuller Street, Northwest. Officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of a robbery involving a woman with limited mobility.
When officers arrived, the victim told investigators that she had been approached by a man who initially asked her for $5 to buy food. After she declined, the man circled around her, reached into her walker, and stole her belongings. He then fled the area, running toward Mozart Street, Northwest.
Suspect Description
Authorities described the suspect as a man wearing a black T-shirt. At this time, police have not released further identifying details, and no arrests have been announced.
Despite the alarming circumstances, police confirmed that the victim was not physically injured during the incident.
