HARRISON, NY – A Stony Point man is facing multiple charges after Harrison police arrested him in connection with a smash-and-grab vehicle theft that occurred at the prestigious Westchester Country Club on August 13.

At around 3:25 p.m., Harrison police officers responded to a report from an employee of the Westchester Country Club. The employee’s vehicle had been broken into, with the window shattered and a wallet stolen.
Police quickly launched an investigation, identifying both a suspect and a suspect vehicle connected to the theft.

Within hours of the report, officers located the suspect, identified as Jesse Foote, 59, of Stony Point, driving his vehicle along the Palisades Parkway.
