The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Eugene Reeder, a 77-year-old man who has been missing for three days. He was last seen in the Chinatown area of Northwest D.C. on Wednesday, July 9, at approximately 4:50 p.m.
According to police, Reeder was last spotted in the 600 block of H Street NW. Authorities have labeled him a critically missing person due to his age and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

Distinguishing feature: A tattoo of a heart on his forearm
He was last seen wearing dark clothing and carrying an army-style bookbag, police said.
