WASHINGTON, D.C. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding 13-year-old Samiyah Ellis, who was reported missing on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Samiyah was last seen in the 5200 block of D Street, Southeast.

She was last seen wearing a black crop top, black leggings, pink furry sandals, and carrying a pink purse, pink bookbag, and pink scarf.
