Resorts World Hudson Valley is about to get a major culinary upgrade thanks to the arrival of celebrity chef and Food Network star Scott Conant. Best known for his role as a judge on Chopped, Conant is set to open The Kitchen: an SC Spot at the Newburgh-based casino this summer, bringing a world-class dining experience to Orange County.
