Fairfax Realtor Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse of Minors Dating Back to 2004

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A well-known real estate agent in the Tysons area has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties involving children, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).

Allegations and Arrest

Christopher Dudley, 46, of Fairfax, was taken into custody on Thursday, July 24, following a months-long investigation launched after Child Protective Services received a report of a child being inappropriately touched by an adult male. Fairfax County police say Dudley was identified as the alleged perpetrator and that the inappropriate contact occurred on numerous occasions.

As the investigation unfolded, three more victims came forward, disclosing similar encounters with Dudley. According to police, the incidents span over two decades, with the earliest dating back to January 1, 2004.

Dudley now faces eight counts of aggravated sexual battery and eight counts of indecent liberties by a custodian. All victims connected to the aggravated sexual battery charges were under the age of 13 at the time of the alleged offenses.

Legal Proceedings and Detention

Following a bond hearing on Monday morning, Dudley remains in custody at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 5 in Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
