Erratic vehicle complaint ends in arrest for Westchester man

Yorktown, New York – On July 26, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Pasquale Muollo, 35 years old, of Cortlandt, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate an erratically operated vehicle traveling northbound on the Taconic State Parkway. The vehicle, operated by Muollo, was stopped a short time later due to its inability to maintain its lane of travel.   Muollo was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Muollo provided a breath sample yielding a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.17%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Yorktown Court on August 4, 2015 at 06:00 p.m.
