State Police Wurtsboro Arrest Drunk Driver Who was Five Times the Legal Limit

Thursday July 23rd, 2015 Wurtsboro Troopers arrested a Bloomingburg man for being five times the legal limit.

Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a Sullivan county 911 poll for a disabled vehicle on Burlingham road in the Town of Mamakating on Thursday night.  Upon arrival to location Troopers located a vehicle in a ditch and interviewed the operator Frederick Osborne of Bloomingburg. Upon interview of Osborne it was determined he was intoxicated and he was arrested and transported to SP Wurtsboro for processing.  Osborne was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st.  Osborne provided a breath sample of .40%.  Osborne was remanded to Sullivan County Jail and is due to appear in Town of Mamakating Court at a later date.
