Pleasantville man charged with Driving While Intoxicated following an erratic vehicle complaint

Mount Pleasant, New York – On February 8, 2015, the New York State Police in Hawthorne arrested Joseph A. Chiodi, age 51, of Pleasantville, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched by 911 to investigate an erratic vehicle traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway. The driver of the erratic vehicle, identified as Chiodi, was found to be intoxicated.
Chiodi was processed without incident and issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on February 26, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
