Dover Plains, N.Y. Army National Guard Soldier Promoted

LATHAM, N.Y. (07/13/2015)(readMedia)– Major General Patrick A. Murphy, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

Michael Jaouen from Dover Plains, N.Y. (postal code 12522) serving with the Camp Smith Training Site is promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
