East Fishkill man charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated

PRESS RELEASE

Fishkill, New York – On February 6, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks charged 48-year-old Robert Clark, of East Fishkill, New York, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Clark was operating on State Route 82 for failing to maintain its lane of travel. While interviewing Clark, Troopers noted clues that indicated he was intoxicated.

Clark supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication. Due to a previous DWI related conviction, Clark was charged with Felony DWI.

Clark was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Fishkill Court on February 17, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
