State Police and Poughkeepsie Police arrest four on drug and weapon charges

On July 9, 2015, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) in conjunction with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit (NRU), executed a narcotics search warrant at 56 Noxon Street, Apartment #3, in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY, and arrested the following subjects for the indicated charges:

Daquan Killian, age 22, Poughkeepsie, NY
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd (heroin) a class B Felony (2 counts)
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (heroin) a class B Felony (3 counts)
Criminal Possession of Weapon 3rd (firearm) a class D Felony
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (firearm) a class E Felony
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia (packaging) a class A Misdemeanor

Natasha White, age 46, Poughkeepsie, NY
Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd (cocaine) a class B Felony
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (firearm) a class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (firearm) a class A Misdemeanor
Criminal Possession Marihuana 5th is a class B Misdemeanor
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (scales) a class A Misdemeanor
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (packaging) a class A Misdemeanor

Sheldon Walcott, 21, Poughkeepsie, NY
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (firearm) a class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (firearm) a class A Misdemeanor

Diara White, 17, Poughkeepsie, NY
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (firearm) a class E Felony
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (firearm) a class A Misdemeanor

All subjects were arraigned before the City of Poughkeepsie Court Judge Mora and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash/ $100,000 bond (Killian), $15,000 cash/ $30,000 bond (Natasha White), $2,500 cash/$5,000 bond (Walcott), and Diara White was released on her own recognizance.
