SUNY Oswego lists area recipients of bachelor’s degrees

OSWEGO, NY (06/25/2015)(readMedia)– SUNY Oswego recently recognized those who completed baccalaureate studies in spring 2015, including several area residents.

A student who graduates with honors is indicated by the traditional Latin phrases summa cum laude, with highest honor (grade averages of 3.8 to 4.0); magna cum laude, with great honor (grade averages of 3.6 to 3.79); and cum laude, with honor (grade averages of 3.30 to 3.59).

Commencement to honor the more than 1,000 recipients of undergraduate degrees and more than 100 who earned graduate degrees and certificates took place May 16 at Marano Campus Center Convocation Hall.

Ryan W. Hopf of Batavia Road in Patterson, bachelor of science degree in operations management and information systems

Tessa R. Hudon of Birch Way in Patterson, bachelor of arts degree in psychology

Scott O. Bova of Palmer Circle in Poughquag, bachelor of science degree in finance

Daniel M. Wysocki of Dixon Court in Poughquag, bachelor of science degree in physics

Chukwufumnaya V. Maduemezia of Hutchinson Avenue in Wingdale, bachelor of arts degree in human development
