Beekman man charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated

PRESS RELEASE
LaGrange, New York – On May 27, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Fredric Kemp, 58 years old, of Beekman, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.Troopers stopped the vehicle Kemp was operating on State Route 82 for failing to maintain its lane of travel.  An investigation revealed that Kemp was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Kemp was charged with Felony DWI when it was discovered that he was convicted of DWI in 2009.

Kemp provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content
of .15%.  He is scheduled to return to the Town of Lagrange Court on June 2, 2015.
