Yorktown Heights woman charged with Driving While Intoxicated and drug possession

LaGrange, New York – On May 14, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Christine T. Lehner, 25 years old, of Yorktown, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.Troopers responded to assist a disabled vehicle located on the Taconic State Parkway.  Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle, Lehner, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of approximately 4.3 grams of marihuana.

Lehner provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .11% and was instructed to appear before the Town of LaGrange Court on May 19, 2015.
