Frank Schwind Jr (D.O.B – 02/25/88) is wanted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department and Arrest Warrants were issued March 3, 2015 and March 30, 2015 in the Town Of Patterson Court, to answer the charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd (P.L. 215.50 – 03) and Criminal Possession of Weapon 3rd (P.L. 265.02). An Arrest Warrant was also issued out of the Town of Southeast Court, to answer the charge of Criminal Contempt 2nd (P.L. 215.50-03) on March 17, 2015.
