JAMES S. DESJARDINS is wanted by the State Police in Middletown. Desjardins stole various items from Burlington Coat Factory in Middletown, NY and then returned to the store and returned the property in exchange for a gift card. Desjardins failed to return to the Town of Wallkill to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

GANDOR DEM is wanted by the New York State Police and the Village of Tarrytown Court on an arrest warrant for criminal impersonation 2nd degree. On October 29, 2014, Dem was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Dem had used another man’s identity.

MEDINA JOHNSON is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. Johnson was stopped for a traffic violation on the Southern State Parkway in 2013, and was later arrested for providing a false name. Johnson was operating a red Audi at the time of her arrest. Johnson’s last known address was on Betty Court in Staten Island NY.

CHARLES H. SWAMSON IV is wanted by the New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Court for criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree. Swanson is accused of stealing his ex-wife’s credit card and using it to unlawfully make purchases at Walmart and another local business. After he failed to appear in court, Swanson was indicted by the Chautauqua County Grand Jury on November 28, 2012.

JASON L. BERRIEN is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Ithaca. In October 2010, Berrien was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Town of Dryden. In March 2012, it was determined by the Town of Dryden Court that Berrien had violated his probation for that arrest so a warrant was issued.
