Thomas John “TJ” Pray, 48, a longtime area resident passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in Poughkeepsie, NY. Born on October 8, 1974, in Ogdensburg, NY, he was the son of the late Thomas Pray and Joyce Kelly.
TJ is survived by two daughters, Jessica Pray of Ogdensburg, NY, and Ann Doyle of Ogdensburg. He is also survived by two sisters, Lisa Pray of Ogdensburg, NY, and Michele Butts of Amenia, and two brothers, Thomas H. Pray of Ogdensburg, NY, and Fred Latrell, Jr. of Amenia. Besides his parents, TJ was predeceased by a sister, Terri Horton.
