Harvey also spent 6 years in the Air Force from 1966 to 1972 of which including a tour in Vietnam for 1 year without leave. He always proudly wore his Vietnam cap wherever he went.

Harvey and Kathy worked together for 38 years at their car repair shop – Foreign Cars of Poughkeepsie, located in Moores Mills, NY. They went out of their way to help people and give very fair prices. Almost all their customers became their good friends.

Harvey’s passion was meteorology, having several weather stations at home. Another passion of Harvey was gardening, growing a variety of vegetables which we all enjoyed.

Everyone who knew Harvey felt his big heart and giving nature.
