Section of Harlem Valley Rail Trail to be Repaved
Poughkeepsie… Dutchess County Parks will be repaving a section of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail from the Amenia trailhead to Route 343 starting on or about Tuesday, September 13th. Due to the machinery needed for the project and to keep trail users safe, the section of trail being worked on will be closed during construction.
Project work is anticipated to be complete, with the trail reopened, by Friday, September 16th, but is weather dependent. Updates on the project start date and re-opening will be posted on the Dutchess County Parks Facebook page as well as on the Parks hotline at 845-298-4607.
